Execution of sales actions plans and responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through:

  • Prospecting (via cold-calls or emails or marketing strategies) and identifying potential clients and setting up meetings with them to understand their business requirements.
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients and understanding their business requirements by networking or regular business meetings
  • Conducting presentations and/or demonstrations to the customer about the solutions / services that are offered by the Company
  • Pursuing the business opportunity by following-up and effectively negotiating with the customer with the aim to establish a long-term sustainable relationship
  • Issuing timely and accurate quotations
  • Working closely with the technical department to ensure fulfillment of quotation
  • Assisting in the delivery when delivery schedule by Technical Department is full
  • Attending to customer complaints of non-delivery/poor service and resolving them
  • Proposing technical solutions to meet customers’ business needs
  • Addressing technical questions from customers

Responsible for maintaining accurate document including sales targets and actual sales figures, travel logs and weekly meeting reports

Actively participates in discussions and proposes improvements to sales processes.

Compiles list of items that the Company is unable to calibrate or sell for the attention of the Sales Manager.

Adheres to the sales procedures and Company’s policy

Any other sales management matters as reasonably required
